Job Function - General:
- Acts as strategic advisor, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Sets and guides the recruitment process for all internal stakeholders providing guidance and advice for optimal execution
- Effectively influences outcomes by leveraging market insights, clear communication, and credibility to align stakeholders and drive hiring decisions forward, even in complex or ambiguous situations.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support.
- Proactively source and attract diverse, high-quality talent through multiple channels and talent pipelines.
- Build strong, transparent relationships with candidates to deliver a positive and engaging hiring experience.
- Leverage recruitment data and metrics to evaluate effectiveness, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
- Champion employer branding by promoting the organization’s culture, values, and mission in all talent interactions.

Education and Professional Knowledge:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 6+ years of experience in the recruiting function required
- Proven expertise in sourcing, recruiting, and relationship management.
Experience:
- Experience with full-cycle, high volume recruitment required.
- Relationship management experience required.
- Broad knowledge of HR disciplines and practices, including employment laws.
- Strong sourcing skills using various channels like social media and professional networks required.

- Demonstrates the ability to think creatively, embrace change, and propose innovative solutions that align with evolving business needs.
- Strong sales/negotiation/ consultative skills.
