We’re hiring a Recruiter to support our education staffing team, partnering with school districts nationwide to fill critical, student-facing roles.
This role is ideal for individuals with KPI-driven sales experience who want hands-on development, consistent coaching, and a clear path to growth through performance—all while making a meaningful impact in educational settings.

What You’ll Do
- Manage active job openings and candidate pipelines from day one
- Source, screen, and engage candidates for urgent school-based hiring needs
- Build and maintain a strong, “ready-now” bench of qualified talent
- Match candidates to district and school requirements with speed and accuracy
- Drive speed-to-submit and consistently hit weekly recruiting goals
- Partner with onboarding and credentialing teams to ensure smooth, on-time starts
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in internal systems
