Production Supervisor (Full-Time | Monday–Friday Schedule)

Prudential Overall Supply is seeking a driven and hands-on Production Supervisor to lead our plant operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing people, and takes pride in driving productivity, quality, and teamwork.
As a Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring daily operations run efficiently while fostering strong communication and accountability across departments.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and support all production and plant employees
- Plan and stage daily work by department to meet production goals
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality standards
- Foster clear communication across departments to ensure smooth operations
- Coach, motivate, and develop team members
- Step in as needed to support production activities and maintain workflow
What We’re Looking For
- Strong leadership presence with a hands-on approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make decisions
- Positive attitude with a focus on teamwork and accountability
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required
- College degree is a plus
