Job Summary
We are seeking a Finance Analyst to join our Global Business Services (GBS) team to support the Finance Manager on company-wide financial processes and strategic projects, including the company-wide tariff mitigation program. Additionally, the role will support GBS company-wide productivity initiatives through business case development and analytics. The ideal candidate has a proven history of success as a skilled professional who showcases drive, ambition, strong analytical abilities, and emotional intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Procurement function’s monthly close and forecast cycles, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and actionable commentary
- Assist the Finance Manager in developing the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), clearly defining funding assumptions and proposing cost management actions when necessary
- Provide financial analysis and decision support for GBS leadership on company-wide strategic projects, including the tariff mitigation program
- Create financial models and ensure a strong attention to detail
- Review monthly journal entries and provide variance analysis for operating expenses
- Support the standardization and continuous improvement of existing processes within the organization, promoting efficiency and effectiveness
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or other relevant analytical background
- 2+ years of progressive work experience within a global organization
- History of business partnering as well as developing and implementing robust financial processes to drive effective decisions
- Communication: Excellent written, verbal and social skills, with the ability to tell a clear and concise story
- Strong business insight as well as the ability to make assumptions, identify trends, and effectively benchmark results against baselines.
- Self-starter - ability to work independently and navigate through ambiguity in a fast-paced and collaborative environment with a bias for action

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the following areas: accounting, financial reporting, FP&A, financial modeling, and program management
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ‘zooms in or out’ based on the audience and data at hand
- Navigates the interplay between financial systems (Hyperion Planning, HFM/CMR)
- Operates well in a fast-paced, heavily matrixed environment
Compensation And Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $83,300.00–$125,000.00.
