As a
Manager, Technology Project & Program Management, you'll oversee the daily activities of entry-level professionals, ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects. Your role is essential in managing resources and resolving issues, contributing to the achievement of project goals and enhancing team productivity. You'll bring enthusiasm to your team, helping them grow and achieve, while maintaining a focus on the quality and timeliness of project deliverables.
In this role you will report to the Associate Director, IT Operations and work a hybrid schedule (2 days in office, 3 days remote from home).
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily activities of entry-level project management staff.
- Manage small to moderately complex IT projects from inception to completion.
- Utilize formal project management tools and methodologies.
- Track project timeline, milestones, and deliverables.
- Maintain and update project documentation.
- Identify and resolve project-related issues and conflicts.
- Communicate project progress and performance to stakeholders.
- Ensure team compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources as needed.
- Facilitate team meetings and discussions to foster collaboration.
Skills:
- Project Management Tools: Familiarity with tools like MS Project or JIRA.
- Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
- Time Management: Efficiently managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

Compensation:
$102,600.00 - $179,250.00 USD
This role is eligible for Bonus.
Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
