VytlOne is looking for a compassionate, customer service oriented
Pharmacy Technician in Training to work in our VytlOne managed pharmacy at North Star, a clinic-based retail pharmacy located in Springfield, VT. In this integrated model, the VytlOne pharmacy team will work closely with providers and clinic staff collaboratively, providing team-based medicine with a strong pharmacy component to provide optimal care for patients.

The targeted compensation for this role is $20-$25/ hr based on experience.

- Greet customers and take prescription orders
- Convey empathy and understanding when handling customer service issues.
- Operate the cash register by ringing up sales for customers
- Assist in keeping the pharmacy clean and the shelves stocked
- Answer the phone
- Input customer information into the computer system
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Active pharmacy technician license in the State of Vermont, or ability to obtain in a timely manner.
- A minimum of 2 years of medical or health care experience.
- Proven track record of exemplary customer service.
- Computer experience mandatory.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, to interact with a wide variety of individuals to successfully provide optimal patient care.
- Ability to operate various pharmacy software programs/equipment proficiently.
