Summary: In this role, you will lead the execution of strategic People initiatives by driving program management excellence, operational rigor, and cross-functional alignment. You will partner closely with the Chief of Staff and People leadership to translate strategy into actionable plans, deliver executive insights, and ensure alignment to business priorities. You will establish governance, planning cadence, and performance frameworks while enabling data-driven decision-making and sustained organizational impact. Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic program management by establishing standards, templates, governance, and processes.
- Support performance management frameworks by defining and tracking OKRs, KPIs, and progress metrics.
- Deliver executive insights through data analysis, reporting, and clear strategic narratives.
- Establish and manage the People Team operating calendar to drive planning, alignment, and visibility.
- Drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing process improvements across the People function.
- Define program goals, success metrics, and roadmaps aligned to business outcomes.
- Develop executive-level materials for business reviews, board meetings, and leadership forums.
- Support prioritization and decision-making by identifying trade-offs and aligning to strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with People Team centers of excellence to drive alignment and execution of key initiatives.
- Coordinate change management efforts to support adoption, communication, and sustained outcomes. Qualifications:
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 7 or more years of relevant experience required.
- Experience in HR, People strategy, or business operations environments.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect execution to long-term priorities.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive clarity in ambiguous environments.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder influence skills.
- Experience developing executive-level presentations and materials preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with program or project management methodologies preferred.
- Willingness to travel. Estimated Hiring Range: At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances.
