A full-time School Psychologist position is available for the 2025/2026 school year in Lebanon, PA. This role primarily supports students in a 5th-6th grade building and involves evaluating and assisting with the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS). The position is contract-based and offers a blend of on-site and remote work.
Responsibilities Include
- Conducting psychological evaluations and assessments for students
- Collaborating with teachers and staff to support student learning and behavior through MTSS
- Providing consultation to educators, parents, and administrators regarding student needs
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting strategies as necessary
- Maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations for special education
Qualifications
- Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure
- Experience working with elementary-aged students, particularly grades 5 and 6
- Knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and MTSS frameworks
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with a minimum of 30 hours per week, ideally 37.5 hours Monday through Friday
- Willingness to work primarily on-site with one day remote work flexibility
