Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of approximately 22-45 students, providing guidance and counseling tailored to their academic, social, and emotional needs.
- Facilitate group counseling sessions to promote student well-being and peer support.
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and external resources to develop strategies that support student success.
- Develop and implement counseling programs aligned with school policies and student goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports regarding student progress and interventions.
