What You Get To Do
The Team Lead Service Solutions oversees, coordinates, and develops a team of Service Solution Managers. This leader ensures the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and cost-effective service solutions aligned with business goals. The role collaborates closely with sales, technical teams, and operations to define offerings, craft proposals, and drive successful execution.

The Team Lead Service Solutions performs the following, within the assigned market, customer and/or contract area:
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of Service Solution Managers
- Oversee the creation of tailored service solutions to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to translate customer requirements into viable service concepts.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor project progress, quality metrics, and team performance; escalate issues when necessary in a timely and transparent manner.
- Develop and review proposals, presentations, pricing models, and service architectures (including SLAs and support models).
- Participate in customer presentations and workshops to articulate service value and strategic approach.
- Ensure smooth coordination and handover with Service Level, delivery, and operations teams.
- Optimize and adapt existing service concepts in documentation and SAP based on evolving requirements.
- Support new business initiatives and cross-functional strategic projects.
- Work with technical and business stakeholders to develop high-quality proposals, presentations, and pricing models.
- Support Management team in new business initiatives when required.
- Perform all other tasks and duties assigned.
What You Have
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in industrial engineering, logistic/supply chain management, mechanical or electrical Engineering, Information Systems or related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- 5 years of experience as a warehouse automation solution designer, logistic material flow consultant, pre-sales, implementation, or service delivery within warehouse automation companies.
- Experience leading teams or mentoring technical/sales engineering personnel.
- Ability to draft/review service offerings and concepts.
- Basic knowledge of designing services, lifecycle support, maintenance and SLAs, performance monitoring and optimization.
- Knowledge of SLAs, maintenance structures, and service performance optimization.
- Working knowledge of intralogistics systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently and on a team.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, or related software.
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally between engineering, sales, and operations.
Working Conditions and Environment:
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Valid Passport or ability to obtain passport.
- Professional office etiquette is required at all times.
- Travel required up to 30%
- Physical requirements: sitting for long periods of time, standing, walking, speaking, visual acuity, finger dexterity, listening, reaching at arm’s length, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
