Rx relief is seeking a service-oriented Outpatient Pharmacist to join our team. What You’ll Do
Smooth Transitions: Use your retail expertise to manage a high-volume discharge desk, ensuring patients leave the hospital with the medications they need.
Patient Connection: Provide clear, empathetic counseling to patients and their families before they head home.
Collaborative Environment: Work alongside hospital staff in a professional setting where your expertise in outpatient workflow is highly valued.
Who You Are
Retail Hardened: You have experience in a community or retail pharmacy setting and aren't afraid of a busy script queue.
Customer Service Pro: You know how to turn a stressed patient into a happy one.
Efficiency Expert: You understand the importance of workflow, technician supervision, and hitting deadlines.
Licensed: Active Pharmacist license in Colorado (PharmD or BS Pharmacy).
