Job Description
As part of our team, you’ll support critical microbiological testing and lab operations that directly impact patient safety and product quality.
What You’ll Do
- Perform microbiological testing including endotoxin and bioburden assays
- Conduct Environmental Monitoring (EM) sampling
- Handle water, clean steam, and compressed gas sampling
- Follow aseptic techniques with precision
- Support general lab duties: cleaning, stocking, cold room 5S, and more
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline with 0–2 years of relevant lab experience
- Hands-on experience with standard microbiology methods and aseptic technique
- Familiarity with cGMP environments (preferred)
- Ability to multitask, follow SOPs, and keep accurate records
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

The position is full-time, Monday through Friday 8 am-5 pm. Candidates living within a commutable distance of Andover, MA, are encouraged to apply.
