A full-time or part-time School Psychologist position is available in a small school district located in the beautiful southern region of New Mexico, near White Sands National Park. This onsite role serves a middle school and focuses heavily on therapy, with responsibilities including re-evaluations and crisis intervention.
Key Qualifications
- Must hold a New Mexico state licensure; Level 2 or 3 preferred, but Level 1 licensure will be considered
- Experience working as a school psychologist, especially in therapy and crisis intervention
- Ability to provide onsite support at a middle school setting
Location Details:
- Based in Anthony, NM, with travel between campuses such as Deming and Truth or Consequences
- Drive time between campuses will be compensated
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver therapeutic services tailored to middle school students
- Conduct re-evaluations and assessments as necessary
- Provide crisis intervention and support during critical situations
- Collaborate with school staff to support student mental health and educational success
