The Intern, Quality Systems, will strengthen and modernize the document management archival tracking process by improving data accuracy, standardization, visibility, and ease of use. The Quality Systems Intern will directly support compliance and operational efficiency. Your attention to detail and adherence to precise procedures will guarantee that our medications meet the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and quality, providing patients with the best possible care and outcomes. This internship runs through June 1 - July 31, 2026. Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM at our Sugar Land, TX Location.

What The Intern, Quality Systems Does Each Day
- Map and document end-to-end document archival workflows, identifying gaps and process inefficiencies
- Audit and enhance archival tracker data to improve accuracy, consistency, and standardization
- Support document digitization efforts, including PDF scanning and hyperlink organization
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards in Excel to track archival volume, cycle time, and overdue items
- Utilize Excel tools (pivot tables, formulas, conditional formatting) to automate reporting and improve data visibility
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance and cross-functional teams to gather feedback and improve processes
- Assist in updating training materials, SOPs, and work instructions, and present project outcomes to leadership

Minimum Requirements For This Role
- High school diploma or GED from recognized institution or organization required
- Must be actively pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, with an anticipated graduation date within the next two years
- Must be in good standing with your accredited institution / university
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, especially with handling sensitive documents and company information
- Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- 18+ years of age
- Able to successfully complete a drug and background check
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Quva is not able to sponsor applicants for work visas
