Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Management Associate to support regulatory operations and submission activities. The role involves managing and coordinating project deliverables across the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely and compliant regulatory submissions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, track project progress, mitigate risks, and contribute to successful project execution within defined timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate small to large-scale, multi-dimensional projects across the full project lifecycle
- Collaborate with project sponsors, business units, and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Develop, monitor, and execute project plans, timelines, and processes
- Assign, guide, and track project tasks to ensure successful completion
- Provide regular project tracking, reporting, and presentations to stakeholders and management
- Identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate when necessary
- Ensure delivery of high-quality project outcomes within budget and timelines
Regulatory Submission Responsibilities
- Support regulatory operations by managing submission project plans and deliverables
- Work closely with product teams to ensure alignment on submission timelines and requirements
- Understand regulatory submission processes, requirements, and global guidelines
- Assist in preparing and submitting documentation for product registration worldwide
- Monitor progress and ensure all responsible parties meet deadlines and expectations
- Provide transparency on risks/issues and drive resolution to avoid delays
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and business processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, or related field
- 1–6 years of experience in project management, regulatory operations, or related roles
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
