Our Quality Systems Intern is responsible for supporting the development of procedure tests and documentation available in designated departments. The learning plan will support the student's academic program and provide specific project opportunities that exist based on current growth and expansion of operations at the site with a clearly stated start and end period. The work schedule will be determined based on the assigned department. Your attention to detail and adherence to precise procedures will guarantee that our medications meet the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and quality, providing patients with the best possible care and outcomes. This internship runs through June 1 - July 31, 2026. Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM at our Bloomsbury, NJ location.
What The Quality Systems Intern Does Each Day
- Creating test questions based on a controlled procedure
- Identify key concepts the user should know to demonstrate he or she has read the procedure
- Verify questions are well written
- Load questions into the electronic quality management system
- The Supervisor/Mentor will provide periodic feedback to the Intern on the overall progress, as a process check to ensure the objectives, timelines and expectations regarding the project work are being met
- The Supervisor/Mentor will gather feedback from the Intern regarding the program
- Consistently at work and on time, ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent and that absences are appropriately communicated and approved in advance

Minimum Requirements For This Role
- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
- High school diploma or GED from recognized institution or organization required
- Must be actively pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, with an anticipated graduation date
- Must be in good standing with accredited institution where pursuing degree
- Demonstrated core values, professionalism, maturity through various campus or community sports, volunteer activities, or previous work history preferred
- 18+ years of age
- Able to successfully complete a drug and background check
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Quva is not able to sponsor applicants for work visas
