A full-time or part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate is sought to provide services in an early intervention school setting located in Lewes, DE. This contract role begins ASAP and continues through June 26, 2026, offering a stable schedule of 35 hours per week for full-time applicants, with part-time candidates also considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver individualized speech-language therapy targeting assistive technology, augmentative communication, social language skills, articulation, voice, oral-motor function, feeding, and receptive and expressive language delays.
- Conduct diagnostic and evaluation testing to assess student needs.
- Develop clear, comprehensive reports based on assessments and observations.
- Work closely with early intervention students, tailoring therapies to their developmental levels.
- Create and maintain individualized education program (IEP) objectives that support measurable student progress.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members regarding student development and intervention goals.
Qualifications
- Hold or be eligible for a Delaware state license for Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience working with moderate to severe communication disorders is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
