Pace Analytical PLS Technical Field Services (TFS) group is hiring a Senior Project Manager role to perform business functions related to equipment qualification services, cleanroom certification testing and facility qualification certifications. This exciting position offers the opportunity to provide support for custom facility and equipment qualification protocols and reports related to controlled environments (cleanrooms) for all industries. Customer base includes medical device, life science, electronics, scientific, defense, and other high-tech industries. Self-directed individuals with the ability to function in complex and high-capacity environments will thrive in this remote position. What You'll Do
Oversees strategic client relationships and leads communication to clients regarding project updates, issues, deliverables, scope changes, and follow-ups. Navigates internally to triage client requests and drives resolution.
Works with team to develop project plan, identify critical path, identify potential risks and associated mitigation plans.
Provides oversight of portfolio-level data analytics and reporting dashboards regarding open projects, client information, equipment location, contract status, service history and cost. Generates client and department reports in a timely and efficient manner.
Defines KPIs and oversees dashboard development to drive forecasting and performance insights to keep project moving and to meet deadlines.
Assists with developing or participating in project management or cross-functional project or program objectives, budgeting, timelines, materials, personnel, and project requirements. Documents all project meetings including action items. Follows Pace policies and SOPs.
Promotes cooperation and teamwork among staff.
Compensation: $85,000.00 - 95,000.00 per year
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree required; PMP strongly preferred AND at least TWO (2) years of experience with customer service, client relations OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. CAPM is a plus.
Self-motivated, ambitious, hardworking, and able to work independently with attention to detail.
Must be able to multitask efficiently and work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Current and applicable computer skills.
