What You’ll Do
- Guide new customers through onboarding and ensure a smooth start
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Support renewals and identify upsell opportunities
- Monitor customer engagement and performance metrics
- Provide training and guidance on products/services
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent B2B client service experience
- Strongly preferred minimum of two year of business-to-business (B2B) client/customer service experience; preferably consultative customer service experience working within the banking, insurance, hospitality, retail and/or legal industry
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable analyzing data and using CRM tools
- Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative approach
