We are looking for a motivated and curious Marketing & Customer Strategy Associate to join our team!
This role is perfect for someone eager to grow their career in marketing and customer experience while working closely with our Director of Customer Strategy and Sales Division. You’ll support cross-functional initiatives, assist with data analysis and strategic planning, and help strengthen the customer journey to enable our sales teams’ success.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support
- Assist in planning and communicating marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and compile reports with key metrics and recommendations.
- Support Marketing Specialist through email marketing, social media, and website updates.
Customer Strategy & Engagement
- Assist Director of Customer Strategy in identifying customer trends and opportunities.
- Support segmentation efforts and customer journey mapping.
- Collaborate with sales and account teams to improve customer experience.
- Conduct competitive research and summarize findings.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in customer analytics.
Analytics & Reporting
- Assist in building dashboards and reports to track performance across marketing and customer strategy.
- Review data and present insights to internal teams.
- Support ad hoc analysis and reporting needs.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred but not required.
· Internship or 1–2 years of experience in marketing, customer engagement, sales support, or related roles preferred but not required.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for organizing information and preparing materials for internal and customer-facing teams.
· Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, email marketing tools, social media business platforms) is a plus, but training will be provided.
· Strong communication and organization skills, with the ability to support cross-functional projects and collaborate closely with the sales division.
· A curiosity to learn, proactive mindset, and willingness to jump where needed to support both marketing initiatives and sales team needs.
· This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
