Role Description
As a Center Manager at Grifols, you will oversee the daily operations of a plasma donation center in Russellville, AR. This full-time, on-site role involves ensuring operational excellence, managing a team, maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines, and prioritizing donor and employee safety. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing budgets, implementing quality control measures, optimizing donor flow, and achieving performance goals. The Center Manager will also foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with Grifols’ values of innovation, diversity, and ethical leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams and maintaining staff development.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to oversee center operations and workflow effectively.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards in healthcare or a related field.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage budgets, monitor performance metrics, and implement process improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive team environment and enhance donor satisfaction.
- Proficient in using business applications and systems, with a willingness to learn new technologies as needed.
- Healthcare or plasma industry experience is preferred but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in management, healthcare administration, or a related field is a plus.
