As Product Supply Manager, you’ll collaborate across departments and play an active role in shaping the future of our company.
Core Responsibilities
- S&OP Process Ownership: Lead, maintain, and continuously improve the end-to-end S&OP process, with ownership of the demand planning workstream and alignment across Commercial, Supply Chain, and Finance.
- Data Integration & Governance: Integrate data from ERP (Oracle), MRP (PLAIO), CMOs, and 3PLs and establish governance standards to ensure data quality, con-sistency, and reliability.
- Business Intelligence & Analytics: Oversee dashboards and reporting that provide holistic visibility into demand, supply, inventory, E&O, and performance KPIs.
- Demand Forecasting Excellence: Lead forecasting model development and improvement using statistical methods and market intelligence to minimize bias and improve accuracy.
- Performance & KPI Management: Define and monitor S&OP KPIs, analyze performance gaps, and drive corrective actions through the S&OP cycle.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Clearly communicate assumptions, risks, and insights to stakeholders and senior leadership to drive alignment and consensus.
Key Interfaces & Dependencies
- Commercial: Forecasts, sales orders, back orders, market insights
- Supply Planning: Supply plans, PO tracking, supply risk insights
- Finance: Budgets, exchange rates, actual sales, pricing, cashflow inputs
- CMOs / 3PLs: Inventory data for reconciliations
Accountabilities
- Finance: Monthly E&O, inventory projection, direct procurement cashflow, and CMO KPI analysis
- Operations: Data and system readiness (Oracle, Power BI, Shipment Tracker, SharePoint, Excel, PLAIO)
- Commercial: Ongoing maintenance of sales and performance reporting
Qualifications Required Experience
- 8–12+ years in pharmaceutical or regulated supply chain roles
- Proven experience leading S&OP and demand planning processes
- Demonstrated ownership of analytics, reporting, and KPI frameworks
- Strong cross-functional leadership across Commercial, Finance, and Operations
Required Skills & Capabilities
- Deep knowledge of end-to-end pharma supply chain, including demand and supply planning, logistics, artworks, and regulatory considerations
- Strong expertise in supply chain KPIs, scenario planning, and performance management
- Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (Oracle)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SharePoint Lists, and DAX
- Strong analytical problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills
- Clear, confident communicator with experience presenting to senior leadership
- Continuous-improvement mindset and strong stakeholder-management capability
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (re-quired)
- Advanced degree (MBA, Operations, Analytics) preferred
