Position Overview
Boesen & Snow Law is seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a strong background in talent acquisition to support our growing team. This role will lead recruiting efforts for attorneys and professional staff while also managing core HR functions that support the firm’s operations and employee experience. We are a part of ADP TotalSource.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruiting including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
- Partner with leadership to identify hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for attorneys and professional staff
- Coordinate onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Oversee internship recruitment from local law schools
Human Resources
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations questions and HR guidance
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives
- Coordinate employee training and professional development opportunities
- Assist with HR reporting, audits, and compliance efforts
Qualifications
- 3+ years of human resources experience required
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition and recruiting
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information
- Experience with ADP TotalSource is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or experience required
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is highly preferred
Compensation
$35-40/hour, depending on experience, plus benefits including health, dental, eye insurance, 401k matching, and paid time off.
