About the Role
The Manager, Technical Implementations is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for delivering complex, enterprise-scale customer migrations and integrations onto XiFin’s cloud platform. This role combines deep technical expertise, customer-facing leadership, and forward-looking innovation to ensure seamless, scalable, and efficient go-lives.
You will lead a team of Interface Business Analysts while personally owning the technical architecture and execution of large, multi-entity, highly integrated healthcare implementations. You will also drive the evolution of AI-enabled processes that reduce manual effort, automate data validation, and materially accelerate implementation velocity.
This leader serves as:
- The customer-facing technical authority on XiFin APIs and integration architecture
- A cross-functional partner to Product and Engineering in advancing automation and AI-driven onboarding
- A technical advisor to Sales during enterprise pursuits
- A strategic driver of implementation standardization and scalability
This is an onsite position located at either our Charleston, SC or San Diego, CA office.
How you will make an impact:
Enterprise Implementation Leadership
- Lead and deliver complex, enterprise-scale implementations involving multiple interfaces, business units, and high transaction volumes.
- Architect integration strategies leveraging Web Services, HL7, flat files, and RESTful APIs.
- Ensure scalable, repeatable implementation models that reduce variability and increase predictability.
- Act as executive escalation point for high-impact integration issues.
AI & Intelligent Process Ownership
- Own the technical strategy and deployment of AI-driven implementation processes that automate data validation, interface testing, and reconciliation.
- Identify and operationalize automation opportunities that reduce implementation cycle time and improve data integrity.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to pilot and scale machine learning–enabled workflow enhancements.
- Establish measurable KPIs around go-live velocity, defect reduction, and automation adoption.
Customer-Facing API & Technical Leadership
- Serve as the primary technical expert on XiFin APIs and integration frameworks.
- Guide customers through API authentication models, data payload design, performance considerations, and interoperability best practices.
- Lead architectural discussions with customer IT leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Translate complex technical architecture into clear business value.
Sales & Pre-Sales Partnership
- Partner with Sales during enterprise pursuits to provide technical credibility and architectural guidance.
- Participate in discovery sessions to assess integration complexity and define technical scope.
- Answer prospective customer questions regarding XiFin’s technology stack, scalability, security, and interoperability.
- Support deal closure by ensuring accurate technical positioning and implementation confidence.
People Leadership & Organizational Development
- Lead, mentor, and elevate a high-performing team of Interface Business Analysts, responsible for the hiring, training and professional development of the team.
Must be able to travel domestically up to 20% of the time.

Skills and experience you have:
You don’t need to check every box. We will consider a combination of education and experience, including:
- BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare IT/Mgt, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years progressive experience in healthcare billing, SaaS implementations, or healthcare IT
- Demonstrated expertise in Web Services, RESTful APIs, HL7, and enterprise integration models
- Strong SQL capabilities (query design, data analysis, stored procedures)
- Experience leading technical teams in customer-facing environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-volume enterprise implementations

Pay Transparency
At XiFin, we believe in pay transparency and fairness. The expected annual salary range for this role is $92,500 to $159,850, based on your experience, skills, and geographic location.
Final compensation will be determined during the selection process and may vary accordingly.
