At Omnicell, innovation starts with people who are passionate about shaping what’s next in healthcare. As a Talent Scout, you will help bring this mission to life by finding, engaging, and nurturing the talent that fuels our Pharmacy Technician and Sales teams. Your work helps ensure that the people who join us feel connected, supported, and inspired from the very beginning of their journey.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will be a strategic partner in identifying and cultivating the talent pipelines that enable our teams to deliver meaningful, real‑world impact across healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage passive candidates across social platforms, professional communities, job boards, and industry events, using messaging grounded in our culture of care and purpose‑driven mission.
- Conduct thoughtful initial screenings that focus on qualifications, experience, and alignment with our close‑knit, people‑first culture.
- Build lasting relationships with prospective candidates, offering a transparent, connected, and supportive experience aligned with our EVP pillars.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent to meet immediate needs while anticipating future demand.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and Talent Partners to deeply understand role needs, hiring timelines, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Use market insights, including talent trends and competitive data to inform sourcing strategies that reflect how talent wants to engage today.
- Ensure all candidate interactions and CRM entries (Eightfold) follow our standards for consistency and care across the candidate journey.
- Collaborate with recruitment marketing partners to amplify Omnicell’s employer brand and help candidates see themselves in our mission, culture, and opportunities for growth.
- Track and report on sourcing metrics to measure pipeline health and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach.
What You Bring
- 2–5 years of experience in talent sourcing, candidate development, or recruitment in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proven ability to engage passive candidates using creative outreach strategies.
- Strength in relationship building and communication, anchored in empathy and connection.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high‑touch, candidate‑centered experience.
- Curiosity, resourcefulness, and a collaborative spirit that aligns with our culture of care and continuous improvement.
Why This Role Matters
This role helps ensure we bring in the people who will shape the future of healthcare alongside us.
