Role Description

The SDR role is the entry point into Skyline’s sales organization and is designed for individuals looking to build a long-term career in sales.

As an SDR, you will be the first touchpoint in our sales process — identifying opportunities, qualifying accounts, and setting up the sales team for success. This is a high-energy, in-office role with structured training, hands-on mentorship, and a clearly defined path to becoming a Sales Representative.

Top-performing SDRs can advance into a Sales Representative role with higher earning potential and greater responsibility.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Inside Sales and Sales to engage with potential customers and close opportunities
Experience in Lead Generation and Business Development to build and maintain a solid pipeline of prospective clients
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey product information and establish relationships
Proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is advantageous
