Liquids Packaging Department and help ensure the safe, accurate, and timely production of liquid medications.

As the Liquids Packaging Supervisor, you will:
- Ensure packaging technicians consistently meet daily production and quality standards
- Maintain a safe, OSHA-compliant work environment
- Partner closely with Quality to ensure label accuracy, finished product review, and regulatory compliance
- Respond promptly to customer needs, including repackaging requirements
- Ensure all labels and documentation are accurate and compliant
- Assign daily production responsibilities and ensure goals are achieved
- Train and develop new employees
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and corrective action when needed
- Guide Lead Packaging Technicians and assign critical equipment responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, FDA regulations, and cGMP requirements
- Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Your leadership will set the tone for accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
You will play a critical role in protecting patient safety through strong oversight and attention to detail.
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in operations, manufacturing, or a pharmaceutical environment
- Has previous supervisory or lead technician experience (minimum leadership of 5 team members preferred)
- Understands FDA and cGMP regulatory requirements
- Demonstrates strong troubleshooting ability with mechanical packaging equipment
- Is organized, accurate, reliable, and efficient
- Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Communicates effectively and builds strong, engaged teams
High School Diploma or GED required. Pharmaceutical packaging experience preferred.
