Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of students to determine educational needs
- Prepare detailed reports and Review of Existing Evaluation Data (REED) documents
- Manage caseload focused primarily on evaluation and reporting; ARD meeting participation is not required
- Maintain accurate and detailed service logs to support itinerant work and remote documentation
Qualifications And Experience
- Valid Texas Educational Diagnostician Certification is mandatory
- Experience levels range from entry to advanced, with competitive hourly rates based on years of experience:
- 0-2 years: $42-$45/hr
- 3-5 years: $45-$48/hr
- 6-9 years: $48-$51/hr
- 10+ years: $51-$54/hr
- Strong report writing skills and ability to manage multiple school assignments effectively
- Ability to work a full 40-hour week, 8.5 hours per day with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break
