The Role
RXinsider is seeking a senior accountant/office manager to join our team. Depending on the candidate, this could be either a full-time or part-time role. The role is office-based in East Greenwich, RI, and is not a remote, hybrid, or work-from-home opportunity.

Responsibilities:
- Perform all invoicing/AR duties
- Perform all payable/AP & aged collections duties
- Perform all bookkeeping duties, including reconciliation and monthly close
- Manage banking and company credit cards
- Manage employee reimbursement reports
- Create monthly reports (executive financial reports, sales commission reports, etc.)
- Serve as the liaison between our accounting and bookkeeping firms
- File necessary state & town annual paperwork
- Manage health & life insurance benefits (with our benefits management company)
- Manage new employee onboarding paperwork
- Book and manage staff travel
- Manage the general postage and shipping for the company
- Collect and manage company mail
- Order & manage office supplies
- Manage and oversee any office repairs and improvements
- Oversee our company vendor list
- Other duties as required
Required Qualifications:
- An associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting is preferred
- 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping/accounting
- 5+ years of experience using QuickBooks Online
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong technology skills and experience with the Google G-Suite: Sheets/Excel, Slides/PowerPoint, Gmail, Google Docs, etc
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
- Must be exceptionally well organized with the ability to prioritize
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with a positive attitude
