Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Stakeholder Partnership
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and success profiles
- Provide market insights, hiring recommendations, and candidate feedback
- Drive alignment and momentum throughout the hiring process
Candidate Experience
- Deliver a professional, responsive, and engaging candidate journey
- Maintain timely communication and follow-up with candidates
- Represent the company culture, expectations, and value proposition effectively
Process & Execution Excellence
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) documentation
- Ensure compliance with recruiting processes, standards, and timelines
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications
Required
- Proven recruiting experience (agency, corporate, or blended background)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment
Preferred
- Experience recruiting for sales or professional services roles
- Familiarity with ATS and CRM recruiting tools
- Experience working in performance-driven or metrics-focused cultures
