Human Resources Business Partner (Hybrid) – Oakdale, MN
Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Hybrid Schedule: Onsite 3 Days/Week; Bilingual (Spanish/English) Strongly Preferred
Compensation: 80k - 100k annually

We are seeking a collaborative and proactive Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our teams in Oakdale, MN and San Germán, Puerto Rico. In this role, you will partner closely with operational leaders to strengthen our workplace culture, guide employee relations, and support key HR programs across the organization.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the implementation and oversight of HR programs to support operational goals.
- Partner with HR centers of excellence—including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Total Rewards, Payroll/Benefits, and Talent Analytics—to ensure seamless program execution.
- Advise leaders on HR strategies, policies, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and corporate employment regulations.
- Conduct thorough investigations of employee concerns and provide sound, policy‑aligned recommendations.
- Support special projects, compile and analyze HR data, and prepare reports as needed.
- Maintain accurate HR records, systems data, and documentation.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and mission‑driven workplace culture.
- Some travel required
What You Bring
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of professional HR experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of HR principles, employee relations, and HR program administration.
- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.
- Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Skilled in coaching leaders, resolving employee concerns, and managing HR projects.
- Excellent communication skills, including presenting to groups and writing clear reports.
- Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to work with diverse populations.
- Proficiency with HR systems and standard office software.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to work in both office and lab environments.
- May require occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.
- Exposure to chemicals, fumes, gases, and related lab conditions.
- Extended periods of sitting and computer use.
