The Client Executive plays a key role in ensuring our Digital Incentives and
Rebates clients’ contracts are evaluated and entered into our systems, as well as
client contacts gain access to our portals. This role ensures IO’s are set up
accurately, additional information is reviewed, and timelines are met. You’ll
partner across internal and external teams to deliver results with precision,
efficiency, and a strong client-first mindset.
Primary Accountabilities:
Intake and process all new digital campaigns and client information to ensure it follows the appropriate workflow process.
Review and collaborate with internal departments to verify accuracy of billing and supporting documentation as required
Work with Account Managers and Sales Team to request and update information needed to complete I/O (insertion order) process and offer set- up process.
Compile and maintain client specific trackers
Create new billing agreements in the ECON for all campaigns
Enter Rebates contracts into the Rebates App
Coordinate with sales and operations to analyze pending credits and resolve issues
Confirm billing portal is updated and clients are invoiced properly.
Research inconsistencies and client questions related to billing
Escalate discrepancies proactively
Support and reconcile invoicing inquiries across Incentives, Rebates and Media
Setup access into our platforms as requested
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and
PowerPoint.
Working knowledge of Salesforce.com and SharePoint a plus.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple day-to-day tasks and ongoing projects by effectively prioritizing.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, professionally, and with tact and discretion.
