Title: Quality Engineer

Role Purpose
Independent contributor responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing facilities-focused engineering projects. Supports sustainability initiatives to reduce energy (CO2), waste, and water usage while ensuring efficient facility operations. Prioritizes tasks and resources to meet project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Facilities Quality Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, standards, schedules, and regulations.
- Review facility/equipment specifications, requirements, timelines, and feasibility.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Project Management / Validations
- Lead sustainability-related infrastructure projects, upgrades, and installations.
- Manage capital projects including planning, budget, schedule, quality, and compliance.
- Estimate project costs (equipment, labor, materials).
- Provide technical solutions for utility and sustainability challenges.
- Track project progress, performance, and financials.
- Communicate project goals and updates effectively across teams and management.
Experience & Qualifications
- Project management experience required.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and planning skills.
- Ability to collaborate, build relationships, and drive results.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Medical device manufacturing experience preferred.
- Environmental process monitoring experience preferred.
- Knowledge of facility systems preferred.
