Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Titusville, FL, for an Outpatient Physical Therapist. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, developing and implementing tailored treatment plans, and monitoring patient progress. The role also involves educating patients on therapeutic techniques and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide comprehensive care. The Physical Therapist will ensure compliance with all clinical and organizational policies while fostering a supportive and patient-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in physical therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, and patient rehabilitation processes
- Strong abilities in patient assessment, treatment planning, and outcomes documentation
- Capability to educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
- Effective communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of compliance requirements and familiarity with healthcare regulations
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida
- CPR certification and experience with outpatient care are preferred
