Position Summary:
The Compliance Administrator will support the team by coordinating and managing recall-related activities, including tracking, documentation, and communication. This role is responsible for maintaining and updating facility maps and security documentation, assisting with customer licensing and verification processes, and supporting facility licensing and other compliance-related projects.

What you'll be doing:
- Coordinate and manage recall-related activities, including tracking, documentation, and communication support.
- Maintain and update facility maps and security documentation as required.
- Provide support for customer licensing and verification processes.
- Assist with facility licensing initiatives and other compliance-related projects.
- Upload and organize new customer applications from the network drive into OnBase.
- Conduct research on new customer accounts to determine appropriate customer type classifications.
- Update customer type statuses within internal systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
What you'll need:
- Strong attention to detail, and ability to manage compliance documentation accurately
- Experience with administrative support work (compliance, legal, or regulated industries preferred)
- Comfortable working with internal systems and databases (OnBase, KeyHub, or similar platforms)
- Ability to organize, upload, and maintain digital files in a structured way
- Strong research and problem-solving skills (able to verify customer information independently)
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while adapting to changing priorities.
- Strong written communication skills with a professional approach to supporting compliance-related matters.
- High School diploma required
