Position Overview
We are seeking a mid-level Litigation Attorney to join our in-person team in Scottsdale, Arizona. This role is ideal for a motivated attorney with 3–5 years of litigation experience, strong writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, healthcare-focused practice. Prior healthcare or pharmacy experience is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic recommendations
- Prepare for and participate in hearings, depositions, and settlement discussions
- Manage deadlines, court filings, and case progression with minimal supervision
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, courts, and internal teams
- Support regulatory and healthcare-related matters as needed
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Barred in Arizona or eligible for admission in Arizona
- 3–5 years of litigation experience
- Strong legal writing, research, and organizational skills
- Litigation experience within a healthcare setting is a plus
- Ability to work full-time, in person, in Scottsdale, AZ
Compensation
- Salary Range: $133,000 – $300,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Monthly collections-based bonuses
