Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Design Manager located in Texas. The Design Manager will oversee the design process, leading a team in executing creative projects and ensuring alignment with business goals. Responsibilities include managing design strategies, overseeing project timelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining high-quality design standards. The role will involve managing resources, providing guidance, and fostering a culture of innovation and creativity within the team.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of design management experience, during employment at an architectural or interior design firm, or with mixed experience as an Owner’s Representative.
- Registered Architect or Licensed Interior Designer preferred, or actively pursuing licensure.
- At least 2 years of experience in healthcare design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD & Bluebeam. Revit proficiency is a plus.
- Self-directed & motivated.
- Education, accreditation or experience with WELL or LEED-certified projects is preferred.
