Summary
We have an immediate opening for a full-time Licensing & Credentialing Specialist to join our in-person team in Scottsdale, Arizona. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to our Scottsdale office.
This non-legal role is focused primarily on pharmacy and other entity licensing nationwide. The position works directly with Boards of Pharmacy across all 50 states and manages multi-state licensing projects from application through approval.
This is a task-driven, execution-focused role.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, submit, and track pharmacy and related entity license applications nationwide
- Communicate directly with Boards of Pharmacy
- Manage non-resident and multi-state licensing projects
- Track deadlines, renewals, and required documentation
- Maintain organized licensing systems and status reporting
- Support attorneys and clients during inspections and regulatory interactions
Qualifications
- Active CPhT certification (any U.S. state) preferred
- Familiarity with Board of Pharmacy licensing processes required
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Compensation
$70,000 – $100,000, depending on experience
Benefits & Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours per week, on-site in Scottsdale, AZ. Some work outside regular business hours and occasional travel may be required.
