Located in Burnsville, MN, this on-site contract opportunity seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support elementary school students at an established school. This position requires a current RBT certification and offers a full-time schedule with a caseload focused on providing behavioral support to young learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data to monitor student progress
- Assist in developing individualized behavior goals and support strategies
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to create a positive learning environment
- Provide one-on-one support for students with behavioral challenges
Qualifications
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Experience working with elementary-age students preferred
- Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
- Effective communication skills to work with educators, parents, and support staff
- Willingness to work exclusively on-site (no telecommuting or voice-over work)
