About the Role:
Soliant is seeking a highly organized and motivated Talent Coordinator to support our recruiting and talent acquisition efforts. The Talent Coordinator is responsible for high‑volume outreach to all incoming leads, ensuring timely engagement, accurate documentation, and consistent follow‑up throughout the early stages of the candidate lifecycle. This role plays a critical part in driving conversion by making prompt contact, re‑engaging unresponsive leads, and supporting candidates through contract, credentialing, and up to their first shift. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering a positive candidate experience while helping our recruiting team connect top healthcare and education professionals with opportunities nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initial contact to incoming leads, support candidates through the onboarding cycle and their first few shifts.
- Support onboarding logistics, including background checks, credential collection, and documentation follow-up.
- Monitor recruiting pipelines and provide reporting support as needed.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- 1–2 years of administrative, coordination, or recruiting support experience is a plus
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A team-oriented mindset with a customer-service approach to candidate interactions.
