A clinical pharmacist opportunity is available in Barre, VT, supporting a 100-bed community hospital affiliated with a major health network. This contract role offers a Monday through Friday schedule with shifts varying between early morning and evening hours. The initial assignment is expected to last 4 to 6 months, with an ASAP start date.
Responsibilities Include
- Performing medication reconciliation and order verification
- Managing vancomycin dosing along with associated lab monitoring
- Providing renal dosing adjustments
- Supporting clinical pharmacy operations in a hospital setting
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of pharmacy experience, with a strong background in intravenous (IV) therapy
- Current Vermont pharmacy license or eligibility to obtain a provisional (temp) license promptly, followed by a permanent license
- Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred

- Monday through Friday
- Shifts available: 06:3015:00, 10:0018:30, or 12:0020:00
