Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Permit Technician located in Brookville, PA. The Permit Technician will be responsible for handling permit applications, reviewing building permits, assisting with plan reviews, and supporting code enforcement activities. The individual will also be required to provide excellent customer service by assisting the public with questions, verifying documentation, and maintaining accurate records and databases.

- Strong Customer Service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Proficiency in using relevant software and databases
- Understanding of building codes and construction standards is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in relevant fields are advantageous
