Job Summary: The Enterprise Architecture Developer will assist with SharePoint site management and user support, while mentoring help desk technicians to resolve issues efficiently. This role will monitor server performance, develop PowerShell scripts for automation, and create applications and workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform.
Reporting Relationship: Manager, Enterprise Architecture
Shift: Generally, Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. This role is primarily performed remotely, though Kansas City Metro employees may have on-campus requirements according to business need. Generally, all positions may be performed on-campus. Regular, punctual, and predictable attendance is an essential function of every job at ScriptPro.
Scope of the Role:
- Provide user support and manage SharePoint sites to ensure smooth operation and accessibility
- Mentor help desk technicians, guiding them toward efficient and effective issue resolution
- Monitor server resources and event logs to proactively identify and address critical system failures
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate maintenance tasks, workflows, and custom jobs
- Design applications, workflows, and reports using Microsoft Power Platform to enhance business processes
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, SharePoint Server, and the .NET Framework (3.5/4.0); experience with multiple programming languages is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to architect, design, and develop custom SharePoint solutions, including master pages, page layouts, delegate controls, CSS/themes, web parts, feature sets, and site templates
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint administration and configuration in both staging and production environments
- Solid understanding of ADFS security and authentication protocols, particularly within SharePoint and web applications
- Working knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy Management
- Strong initiative, adaptability, and a proactive approach to learning and growth in a dynamic environment
- Excellent research and troubleshooting skills across a wide range of technical issues
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Microsoft Office experience
- 5+ years of Microsoft Server Systems
- 8+ years of Microsoft desktop operating system experience
Remote Work Requirements:
- Must have high-speed reliable internet access with a hard-wired connection
- Must have a distraction free home office workspace
- Must be willing to participate in video virtual meetings (camera on)

Working Conditions:
