Your Role:
This is also an exciting moment to join one of the organization’s largest commercial technology initiatives as a global incentive compensation transformation is already in flight. You won’t be stepping into a blank slate; you’ll inherit important work, strong partners, and a clear mandate. With multiple legacy systems still in use and a solution rolling out across the U.S. and Canada—and beyond—you’ll be the person who keeps the program moving, connects the dots across teams, and ensures the business gets the value it expects. This is a true product‑owner seat where you’ll evaluate vendor capabilities, build business cases, guide technical teams, and shape the future of incentive compensation globally.
Stakeholder management is a core part of this role and a big reason it has meaningful impact across the business. Your closest partners will be within the commercial space—fast‑moving, highly engaged teams who care deeply about getting things right for the field. You’ll work directly with our commercial partners, including senior roles, helping them define priorities, set realistic expectations, and make informed decisions. That calls for confidence in guiding conversations, the judgment to flag when something isn’t the right approach, and the communication skills to explain your reasoning in a clear, constructive way.
Ideal applicants are proactive problem‑solvers—people who don’t just surface issues but come prepared with thoughtful ways to move forward. We’re looking for someone who brings that same mindset: curious, steady under pressure, collaborative, and energized by being the link between business and technology. If you enjoy working closely with the business, shaping outcomes, and operating in an environment that values initiative, ownership, and strong relationships, this role offers a real opportunity to shine.
What You'll Be Doing:
Support and deliver new functionality for global incentive compensation and contract management systems.
Partner directly with business stakeholders to align on needs, roadmap priorities, and support expectations.
Lead vendor relationships, including application oversight, contracts, engagement, and ongoing support.
Serve as the domain expert for incentive compensation and contract management, drawing on your own expertise and partner resources as needed.
Own application support metrics and ensure performance targets are consistently met.
Lead and complete projects focused on improving capabilities and system performance.
Collaborate with IT partners across project management, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and other disciplines to support and evolve these applications.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree required; 4–5+ years of experience with commercial‑related or adjacent technologies preferred.
Demonstrated expertise in sales planning, incentive management, or contract lifecycle management.
Strong technical and business acumen, with the ability to translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.
Experience managing software vendors and managed service providers.
Ability to confidently engage senior stakeholders across commercial operations, finance, and related functions.
Experience working in a public company environment with SOX compliance; familiarity with Salesforce, Xactly, and Varicent is a plus.
Desired Characteristics
Business acumen in contracting, pricing, and understanding of U.S. healthcare system dynamics.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Solid digital and technical foundation.
Customer‑centric mentality with empathy for stakeholders.
Focus on outcomes and delivering measurable value.
Proactive, accountable, and able to follow through on action plans.
Ability to influence and build consensus across IT and business teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal presence and leadership qualities.
