Position Summary:
The Risk & Compliance Technology – System Administrator serves as a subject matter expert (SME) responsible for the administration, optimization, and automation of risk and compliance technology platforms. This role has a strong focus on workflow automation, enterprise reporting, and the management of daily system support activities to improve operational efficiency, data quality, and regulatory readiness. The position partners closely with Risk, BSA/AML, Compliance, IT, Data management and business stakeholders to ensure systems, workflows, and reports effectively support monitoring, decision‑making, and regulatory expectations.
Essential Functions:
- Own the day‑to‑day administration, monitoring, and support of risk and compliance systems, including transaction monitoring and related FinTech platforms.
- Manage daily support activities such as system issues, user requests, access provisioning, data inquiries, and configuration changes.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex system incidents and coordinate resolution with vendors, IT, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain system availability, data integrity, and performance through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve automated workflows across risk and compliance processes to reduce manual effort and operational risk.
- Identify opportunities to streamline intake, case management, alerts, testing, and reporting processes through system configuration and automation.
- Partner with business users to translate manual processes into scalable, technology‑enabled workflows.
- Document workflows, system configurations, and operational procedures to ensure consistency and audit readiness.
- Develop automated reporting solutions that ensure timely, accurate, and accessible data for stakeholders.
- Serve as the SME for data acquisition and reporting related to customer transactions, CIP, CDD, and BSA/AML information.
- Develop and maintain tuning, testing, and validation methodologies for transaction monitoring systems.
- Support and manage model validation activities, including documentation, evidence collection, and issue remediation tracking.
- Respond to internal audits, external audits, and regulatory examinations related to risk and compliance systems

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer related field or equivalent experience
- Experience with banking risk and compliance systems and applications
- Proficiency in computer languages such as Microsoft SQL, processes automation and workflow tools
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical and transactional data
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with BSA/AML or risk and compliance software platforms
- Experience building automated reports, dashboards, or workflow solutions
