Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dallas, TX, for a Sales Enablement Specialist. The Sales Enablement Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing processes, tools, and strategies to support a high-performing sales team. Responsibilities include conducting training programs, creating sales materials, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with marketing and sales leaders to align sales initiatives with business goals. The specialist will also play a key role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales force through continuous improvements and innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience with Sales Enablement, CRM platforms, and sales tools such as Salesforce
- Proficiency in developing sales training programs and creating sales support materials
- Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams
- Project management experience and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and self-motivation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered
