A contract position is available for experienced School Psychologists to support K-12 students in multiple school locations across Monroe County, MI. This role offers an onsite assignment from August 1, 2025, through May 22, 2026, with a full 37.5-hour workweek. Six positions are open to licensed professionals holding an active Michigan School Psychologist credential.
Responsibilities Include
- Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments for K-12 students
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and administrators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Providing counseling and intervention services to support student mental health and learning
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing to student progress monitoring
- Ensuring compliance with state and federal educational regulations and standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid Michigan School Psychologist license (verification through the official state credential search required)
- Prior experience working within K-12 educational settings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively onsite at schools located in Airport, Dundee, Monroe, Jefferson, Bedford, and Whiteford areas
