Role Overview
The Network Solutions, Partnership Manager is responsible for the implementation, execution, and ongoing success of Loopback’s Network Solutions engagements. This role acts as a central leader across life sciences clients, integrated delivery networks (IDNs) partners, and internal Loopback teams to ensure end-to-end accountability for progress and outcomes. Success in this role requires strong project management, clear communication, and the ability to drive execution through influence across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end implementation and execution of Network Solutions engagements, from planning through delivery
- Lead the development and management of project plans, timelines, and cross-functional workstreams
- Track progress, assess risks, and proactively troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions to ensure successful outcomes
- Lead ongoing life sciences client expectation management and communications, including regular check-ins, status updates, and the planning and facilitation of quarterly business reviews
- Serve as a key liaison with health system partners for limited distribution network opportunities, collaborating with client success teams to facilitate enrollment and onboarding, ensure ongoing compliance with network participation requirements, and lead health system engagement efforts
- Support a range of Network Solutions initiatives typical of an incubator environment, including new solution development and partnership development
Qualifications
- Experience working within or closely with IDNs strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus
- HSSP experience and PharmD strongly preferred
- 5–8+ years of relevant healthcare client success experience
- Demonstrated project management capability
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
