Position Summary:
As a Senior Associate on the Product Operations team, you will play a critical role in the planning and reporting rhythms that guide our Product, R&D, and Operations organizations. You’ll help run the processes that ensure our leaders can make fast, confident, data‑backed decisions — coordinating inputs, structuring deliverables, and enabling clarity across our most important operating cycles. You’ll contribute significantly to our Long-Range Planning, annual divisional goal‑setting process, and monthly and quarterly operating reviews with the CPO, CTO, and their leadership teams. Through thoughtful coordination, synthesis, and execution, you will help maintain a predictable operating cadence and provide visibility into performance, priorities, and risks — connecting day‑to‑day execution to the strategic outcomes we aim to achieve.
