Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs pre- and intra-operatively, develop and continuously evaluate personalized care plans to prioritize safety throughout surgical procedures.
- Lead and supervise the operating room's daily activities, coordinate schedule adjustments, prepare equipment and supplies, assist anesthesia, and monitor the sterile field.
- Maintain clear communication lines with patients, family members, physicians, the OR team, supervisors, and ancillary departments to ensure cohesive care delivery.
